Terms of Service

InstVPN Service (hereinafter — "Service"), on one hand, and the Internet user (hereinafter — "User"), on the other hand, collectively referred to as "Parties", have concluded this agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement").

This Agreement is a public offer addressed to an unlimited number of persons — Internet users. Full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement is the User's confirmation of agreement with the terms of the Agreement, making a payment, or starting to use the Service.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. User — an individual who has accepted the terms of the Agreement, registered with the Service, or made a payment for services.

1.2. Service — InstVPN software and infrastructure providing secure VPN connection.

1.3. Subscription — paid period of access to the Service.

2. Subject of Agreement

2.1. The subject of the Agreement is the paid provision of VPN connection services to the User using a personal access key.

2.2. The list of plans and service conditions are indicated on the Service website and in the Telegram bot @reels_vpn_bot.

2.3. Additional information and technical support are provided through Telegram.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. Service Obligations:

  • Provide services in proper quality and in full.
  • Provide technical support to Users.
  • Notify Users of significant changes in the Service operation.

3.2. Service Rights:

  • Suspend services in case of User's violation of the Agreement terms.
  • Make changes to plans and service conditions with prior notice.
  • Conduct technical work with temporary access restrictions.

3.3. User Obligations:

  • Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
  • Pay for services in a timely manner.
  • Not transfer access data to third parties without the Service's consent.
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities.

3.4. User Rights:

  • Receive services according to the paid plan.
  • Contact technical support regarding Service operation.
  • Cancel subscription at any time.

4. Payment Procedure

4.1. Service cost is determined by current plans indicated on the Service website.

4.2. Payment is made in advance through available payment systems: bank cards, international cards, cryptocurrency.

4.3. Subscription renews automatically. User can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

4.4. After payment, User receives confirmation to the specified contact details.

5. Liability

5.1. Parties are liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement.

5.2. Service is not liable for technical failures of payment systems not caused by the Service.

5.3. Service is released from liability for temporary interruptions related to technical work. Duration of such work does not exceed 3 consecutive days.

5.4. Service is not liable for User's actions when using VPN connection.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refund is possible within 14 days from the date of payment.

6.2. To process a refund, contact technical support through Telegram.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.

7.2. Any changes to this Agreement take effect from the moment of their publication on the Service website.

7.3. This Agreement takes effect from the moment of its acceptance by the User and is valid until full fulfillment of obligations by the parties.
